Overnight Crunchy Porridge

Too lazy to cook breakfast in the morning? Fitness and healthy recipes passionate, Francesca Dalbero, proposes a crunchy and tasty breakfast ready-to-eat!

🍓Ingredients:
30 g oat flakes
50 ml soy milk
30 g 1.2.3 YOG Original Protein or Vegan (Strawberry)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons 0% Greek yogurt

🍓For the icing:
2 tablespoons of cereals
50 milk chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil

🍓Instructions:
1. Mix the oat flakes, chia seeds with soy milk, yogurt and a sachet of strawberry yogurt into a jar

2. Decorate with Greek yogurt and chocolate-covered cereals.

3. Leave it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight and you will have a super crunchy porridge.
