Smoothie bowl

Looking for a gut-friendly recipe, rich in prebiotic and probiotic fibers? Take a look at the smoothie bowl recipe shared by Bárbara!

Ingredients:

1 sachet of Yogoody+ Protein Strawberry

1 handful of thawed red berries

~100 ml of almond milk

1 teaspoon of chia seeds

1 small banana

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend everything, place in a bowl, and serve with coconut flakes on top.

Nutritional Value (per serving): 287kcal; 5.4g of fat, 39.7g of carbohydrates (22.5g of sugars), 19g of protein, and 5.3g of fiber
